Pauline Cooke was born in 1979 in Somerset, England.
Her trips around the sea coasts of the southwest gave her inspiration for the work of ocean resin art, which was so hauntingly beautiful to her that it captivated her completely and it still has a profound effect on her art today.
In the following years, Pauline began to build a reputation for her original, decorative designs using wood elements and resin which became hugely popular, focusing primarily on the ocean, trees and nature. Inspiration for these was taken from her interest in bohemian, rustic and contemporary interior design. Today, she continues to capture the elegance and the glittering properties of water within her art.
