We gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations. (this excludes memorial art) Please read on. For returns and exchanges: Contact me within: 14 days of delivery. Dispatch items back within: 14 days of delivery. Request a cancellation within: 1 day of purchase - Most products are shipped either same day or next. Please note that once they have left our hands to Royal Mail, there is nothing we can do to claim it back, you will have to return, once received. Memorial Art: Due to the nature of this product we do not accept returns or exchanges.
