Nonetheless, as each product is decorated with resin by hand, there may be some imperfections, such as dust, microbubbles, tiny dimples, or the surface of the resin may be slightly uneven. The coaster bases are handmade with concrete and often have tiny holes and dimples once turned out of the moulds, creating beautiful rustic handmade art.
- This is especially true for all resin artists working on their handmade crafts—while factory products produce perfection under strict and controlled conditions, the nature of handmade is not, and we think this is more beautiful!

- The epoxy resin used is specifically designed to withstand heat. Once fully cured, typically taking 21 days, the resin can endure temperatures of up to 200°F/93°C without losing its structural integrity.
- It would be advised to keep scorching drinks off until 21 days have passed after they are received in the post because many coasters are freshly made, and once cured to withstand transit, they can be sold and shipped.
