This wildflower meadow painting is an original art created in Somerset UK, filled with the sight of gorgeous rolling hills and beautiful walks in the countryside, I created on a canvas a landscape of vibrant wildflowers bursting into life! This Impasto-style painting was created using a pallet knife with acrylic paint.

Materials used - 'Liquitex' acrylic paint, 'Golden', Liquitex acrylic ink and Atelier paint on a premium cotton canvas stretched on a sturdy pine wooden frame.
 
The traditional cotton canvas is primed with super heavy gesso before painting.
 
This painting has been named 'Wild Places' and also signed on the back of the painting by the artist - Pauline Cooke and comes with a certificate of authenticity.
