Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations. (This excludes memorial art)

Contact me within 14 days of delivery

Dispatch items back within 14 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within 1 day of purchase

Memorial Art

Due to the nature of this product. I do not accept returns or exchanges on memorial art. 

Cancellations may be accepted before I receive the ashes. For which you can receive a refund.

​Conditions of Return.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Returns, refunds and Cancellations.

Our returns and refunds policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order if you have any queries regarding your order.

 

If you wish to return a product please email us at tinybirdart@gmail.com so we can help. We are only able to accept certain items up to 14 days from when the order has been placed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

 

To complete your return, we require an email to arrange the return. Please contact Tiny Bird at tinybirdart@gmail.com to arrange the return or use the 'contact me' box on the home page.

Orders that have been returned by the courier because the orders haven’t been called for, refused, or have an incorrect address, once returned to us will be refunded minus the original shipping cost. Refunds can take up to 7 days to process and show in your account.


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and approved, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at tinybirdart@gmail.com.

 

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
