Shipping

We offer free UK standard shipping for orders in the UK and Northern Ireland.

For all orders placed before 1:00 PM Monday to Friday, we will do our best to dispatch the same day although during busy periods this may be between 1 and 3 days. Orders placed after noon will be sent the following working day.

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday.

You must notify us if you do not receive your parcel within 30 days so we can track it with Royal Mail.  Over this period is subject to a refund not being issued.

If your parcel has been delayed with Royal Mail then please let us know as soon as possible via your tracking number which will be on your shipping email so we can investigate. If you are concerned after 7 days please get in touch immediately.

 

United Kingdom:

Royal Mail 48-Hour Tracked Delivery – Tracked 2-3 day service. Free shipping.

Items such as paintings over £100 will be shipped free of charge through Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1 pm - Arrives the next day

by 1 PM, requires a signature. Please see the shipping details in the description on the listing of interest.

 

For large artwork, we will use a courier, such as Parcel Force, UPS or Pack and Send. The parcel will be fully insured and packed safely in a telescopic box. Please see individual listings for the details in the description box of how we will send the item.

Europe & International:

Shipping costs are weighed at checkout.

Royal Mail International Tracked Standard - 5-10 business days

You will be given a tracking number once dispatched and will be in the dispatch email sent to you. You'll be able to track your order end to end.

Please be aware that shipments may take longer during busy holiday times. Australia may take 7 - 10 days.

International shipping for Paintings through Royal Mail or Parcel Force. Large-scale paintings will be shipped using a professional fine art shipping company. Shipping costs reflect the cost of collection, specialised packing by the fine art courier and shipping with insurance to you.

Delivery Addresses

Please check you have entered the correct address at checkout.

 

Delivery addresses are entered by the customer, we accept no responsibility for this as we have no control over the address that is entered. If the wrong address is entered and the parcel is not delivered we can not resend the parcel. If the parcel is returned to us we can resend it to the customer if they are happy to pay for the cost of redelivery.
